The Federal Joint Committee at its meeting on 16th December 2010 was enacted following:
I. The institution under § 137 a SGB V in accordance with paragraphs 2.2, 2.3, 2.5 of Appendix 1.1 entrusted to "contract for services related to the quality of care in the health" of 28 August 2009, for a quality assurance procedure in
